Ron Nelson brings 15 years of roofing experience and an additional 20 years of real-estate experience to projects across Central Texas. His real-estate background provides a practical understanding of inspections, appraisals, option-period timelines, property value, and how roofing or construction decisions can affect a sale or purchase.
In construction, Ron works with homeowners, architects, engineers, suppliers, subcontractors, permit reviewers, and inspectors to turn drawings into clear scopes, budgets, schedules, and completed work. His project experience includes residential and commercial roofing, custom homes, additions, major remodels, interior construction, and light-commercial build-outs.
Ron and Niccole remain personally involved in the company, with a focus on straightforward communication, organized project coordination, and dependable follow-through from the first site visit through completion.

Yes. We can inspect the roof, document visible damage, identify related exterior damage, and prepare a written scope for the recommended work.
What roofing materials do you install?
We install architectural asphalt shingles, impact-resistant shingles, standing-seam metal roofing, TPO, and other low-slope systems depending on the building and project requirements.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Many residential roof replacements can be completed in one to three working days, depending on size, pitch, access, weather, decking repairs, and material type.
Do you handle complete custom home builds?
